Prioritization and spending my time on impactful activities have been on my mind lately. I use a good ol' physical planner that has both elements of goal-setting and journaling. Together with time blocking, it has helped my day to be more fulfilling and purposeful.
One thing I have learned from reading and learning from other's experiences with leading a more intentional/productive life is that it is highly personal. I have tried Eisenhower, read Atomic Habits, and tried a ton of other methods before getting to the system I have today. So to anyone reading: start experimenting early!
Very true, never be discouraged if one particular way does not work, there are many other methods that can help you achieve more control over your time and schedule. Thanks for the important comment!
